• Prep the watch: Make sure the crown is pushed down and screwed in tight. • Clean metal and rubber: Wipe the case and metal bracelet using a damp microfiber cloth with mild soap. • Use a soft brush: Clean tight spaces between links with a soft-bristled toothbrush. • Dry completely: Buff the watch dry right away with a clean, dry cloth. • Protect leather: Never submerge leather straps in water; wipe them gently with a dry or barely damp cloth.
We don't just box up factory movements. Before shipment, every timepiece undergoes rigorous electronic timegrapher testing. We inspect the amplitude, beat error, and daily rate across multiple positions, we ensure it meets our strict accuracy standards. Your watch is dialed in and sent ready for the wrist from day one.
• Water Safety: Always ensure the crown is fully screwed down or pushed in before entering water. Never adjust the time while submerged • Magnetic Fields: Keep your watch away from strong magnets, which can magnetise the hairspring and cause it to run incredibly fast. • Shocks & Impacts: While built tough, avoid wearing mechanical watches during high-impact sports or using power tools, as heavy vibrations can displace internal components. • Storage: When it is not on your wrist, store your timepiece dial-up in a dry, environment away from direct sunlight.
Watches are sent with Australia Post Express with tracking & Signature. Other items are sent Standard Post. All postage is free.
Yes you can, You can change or cancel your order within a reasonable time of placing it by emailing support. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, it cannot be altered.

Returns must be made within 30 days email contact@dialhub.com.au . All watches must be in Original Condition: Watches must be unworn, unaltered, and undamaged.
Your refund will be refunded once we have received the return and it has been determined the watch is in the original condition it was sent.
