Chrono Central is a fully accredited Authorized Dealer (AD) for every watch brand on our storefront. Every piece ships directly from our local Australian inventory in original factory packaging with fully serialized documentation and a stamped warranty card.
We protect your investment. Every timepiece includes a full manufacturer warranty, with a minimum of a 2-year mechanical warranty from the date of purchase. If the movement fails or shows manufacturing defects under normal use, we will repair or replace the watch at no cost to you.Â
Internal watch movement defects. Hands detaching or loose dial markers. Premature failure of structural components (e.g., case welds, bezel mechanisms). these events are rare but they do happen, so we will always help our clients to get their watch in perfect condition as it should be. Long term we can even arrange your watched to be serviced with the manufacturer of your watch.
