  • Order Acceptance: Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

  • Shipping & Delivery: Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only. Chrono Central is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers or postal services.

5. Returns, Refunds, & Consumer Guarantees

  • Australian Consumer Law (ACL): Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
